Entrée: (you will be asked to select one at sign up):

     Slow Roasted Atlantic Salmon (braised leeks, tomato confit, mussels, herb Champagne sauce)

     Tournedos of Beef (parsnip soubise, balsamic reduction, broccolini)

     Roaster Organic Chicken Breast (sweet potatoes, honey balsamic braised kale, bacon apple cider drizzle)

Dessert: Crème Brulee, Pear Financier Star Anise,Vanilla Bean Sauce

Ten rooms @ $145/night will be held in a Block until November 15, 2021. After November 15, 2021 the rooms that are not reserved will be opened up for other reservations. To reserve a room call 207-579-1800.
