DOWN EAST YACHT CLUB

From I75 take Rte 70 West.

Rte 70 West becomes 53 Ave West, as you cross over Rte 41 (Tamiami Trail).

Follow 53 Ave West to the very end, where there is a traffic circle.

Take the first exit from the circle to 75th St West, at which time you will be heading North.

Follow 75th St West (going North) until you reach the first traffic light, which is Rte 684 (Cortez Rd.).

Make a left on Cortez Rd., and head West, towards Anna Maria Island.

Proceed on Cortez Rd until you reach the second traffic light, which is 119th St West, and take a right.

(Note…if you miss this turn, you are close to going over the bridge to Anna Maria Island; turn back to 119th)

119th St West becomes Harbor Landings Drive, and the entrance to our community (Harbor Landings Estates) is the first right. Make a right at the Gate House and enter 1771 on the keypad.

Once in the community, proceed to the intersection, and make a right onto Baypointe Terrace.

We are the second house on the left (12341 Baypointe Terrace) which is 3 stories, and painted tan and light green, with white trim.
