Smoked Chicken - Dry rubbed and apple wood smoked chicken breasts, served sliced.

Sticky Burnt Ends - Cubed point meat smoked a second time to for flavor and sauce caramelization then re-tossed in maple bourbon BBQ sauce and re-caramelized.

Salt Taters - Born in upstate NY under the finger lakes these scrumptious Yukon gold potatoesare boiled in a salt brine

Cheddar Mac Salad - Cold Mac salad with cheddar gherkins celery red pepper and onions.

Mac and Cheese - Brie base mac and cheese with toasted breadcrumb topping 

BBQ Beans - Smoked bbq beans with brisket, stout, house made maple bourbon BBQ sauce and little spice
